charmed find!

river location easy walk good breakfast comfortable bed

the hotel location is spot on the river. it made an easy walk into town possible. i had a lovely drink at the bar and the breakfast had a great choice. the bed was large and comfortable, very charming. the iced peach tea at reception meet expectations after hot day.

the room coffee maker was only a kettle and instant coffee sachets. it wasn't a big deal, but i did expect more from the coffee options in the room.

my standard king room was spacious. the bed are comfortable with hard mattresses. it did gave a very good support for our backs, what i appreciated. the ensuite bathroom was clean.

room 3075 had a very bad stained carpet i could barely wash soap out of my hair the shower pressure was so low the room was overheated and i could not adjust it despite mentioning this twice to the staff

Breakfast offered a wide array of choices with buffet-style cooked options, cereals, and pastries, all constantly restocked. The staff members were polite and attentive. The hotel presented a fresh, modern aesthetic upon arrival, and the location proved convenient. The room size allowed comfortable movement. It featured both a bath and a separate shower.

The pillows provided very little support. I found them quite uncomfortable.

The hotel features a riverside setting that looked wonderful at night. I enjoyed a pint there. Spa facilities are available. Everything looks fresh and well maintained. I noticed the communal areas are well cared for!

fantastic location friendly staff good selection future trips

i found the location fantastic it was near everything i wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and ready to assist. The buffet breakfast provided a good selection of items. i would definitely book this hotel again for future trips.

The hotel is quite large which meant my room was a bit of a walk from the elevators although manageable.

this hotel had pleasant grounds and views of the lake. the outdoor seating area was substantial. breakfast offered a good variety of choices. the location was convenient for walking to various attractions.

The shower pressure in my room was not great. It barely worked.

the location is excellent on the river i could walk to town in five minutes. the staff were lovely and helpful. common areas were well maintained.

parking was difficult i had a long walk with bags. the room had cobwebs on the ceiling around the curtains. the bathroom shower had poor water pressure and no working extractor fan.

The location suited my needs adequately.

The room temperature was too cold. Staff stated an air conditioning issue existed. I do not consider the shower quality acceptable. Water pressure was inadequate. there was an early morning disturbance from cleaning staff at 8:45.
